The Enrollment Counselor serves as a member of the Admissions team, focusing on supporting prospective students from acceptance through matriculation. This role will be responsible for managing a student caseload which includes handling incoming contacts, conducting outreach, reading applications, and meeting with students on campus. Evening and weekend work is required. Person may be required to use personal vehicle for visitations with mileage reimbursement at the current College rate. Occasional nighttime driving required. Based on minimum education and experience qualifications the yearly salary range is $53,000 - $62,000.

The Regional Admissions Recruiter serves as a member of the Admissions team, focusing on recruiting prospective students and supporting them through acceptance. This position will be based in Maryland. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies for assigned geographic territories, which includes planning and conducting recruitment travel, generating inquiries and applications, and building relationships with influencers involved in the college search process. This is a regionally based position which requires the person to work remotely. This position may require some night driving.

The candidate would be expected to: impart information about the University to prospective students, parents, school counselors and independent counselors, to include: tuition and fees, academic award program, academic majors, student services, clubs and organizations; evaluate freshman applicants’ academic credentials and highlight unique cases as deemed appropriate for further consideration for admission to or denial from the University; represent the University at high school visits, college fairs, counselor meetings and information sessions through travel, at high schools, school counselor events, and professional development meetings in and out of New Jersey.

The Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations provides management, oversight, reporting, and organization for the Slate CRM from Technolutions. The Assistant Director coordinates the planning and implementation of CRM-related projects and provides customer support, including onboarding and continual training to teams of functional users. They develop reports and complex queries for strategic data-driven decision-making. Through strategic partnerships, attention to data and details, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, the Assistant Director ensures alignment with the University's enrollment goals. The role is a key contributor in reaching overall enrollment goals. They evaluate alternatives to general business practices and determine methods to streamline and/or automate processes. This position reports to the Director of Enrollment Operations and oversees administrative functions within Enrollment Management. This position is defined as an exempt position under FLSA regulations.
