McDaniel College’s admissions team is known for its fast pace, student-focused commitment, attention-to-detail, and willingness to try new things. The right candidate will love leading and developing staff, diving into the weeds of communication plans to make sure they are compelling, fun and impactful, and finding opportunity where others might see constraints.
