The assistant director will successfully manage a significant regional territory to support new student enrollment goals. He or she will establish a multi-faceted territory recruitment plan which will include significant travel to high schools and college fairs, planning and execution of regional events, application review, decision recommendations, and personal follow up and relationship-building with constituents within the territory. As an admissions team member, the assistant director will assist in the execution of on and off campus events, in the performance of daily operational tasks including but not limited to group information sessions, individual admission counseling appointments, and with special projects as requested.
