Regional Admissions Counselor

The Regional Admissions Counselor is responsible for freshmen and transfer student recruitment and represents UMass Lowell at targeted college fairs, high schools, and community college events in territories to be determined by location, institutional priorities, and commensurate experience of applicant. The Regional Admissions counselor will counsel prospective students and their parents regarding admission criteria, application and financial aid processes, academic programs, merit-based scholarships, campus facilities and resources, student organizations and activities. The Regional Admissions counselor is also expected to visit the UMass Lowell campus at various times throughout the year for trainings and Fall recruitment & Spring yield events. The Regional Admissions Counselor will report to the Director of International, Multicultural and Regional Admissions. This position is part-time (29 hours per week) and non-benefited.
