What is the Counselor Chat?
The Counselor Chat is a feature of our platform and it essentially works like a virtual version of our College Advising Centers at our in-person college fairs. Attendees will login to the www.virtualcollegefairs.org platform and be given a chat icon at the bottom of their screen. At any time, they can click on that icon and ask questions to help guide them through the fair. You as a volunteer, will be logged into the chat and questions will be directed to you as they come in. The chat feature that NACAC uses is called Intercom.
