New and experienced members alike are invited to join us as we learn from each other and share and tips and tricks.

This is designed to be an interactive session and we’ll have the opportunity to go into breakout rooms to share ideas a bit more in-depth. Registration is open to current NJACAC members; register here!

What is a wisdom exchange? Great question! NJACAC’s wisdom exchanges are designed to bring together NJACAC members of all backgrounds, experience levels, and institution types to share their experiences and insights and learn from each other. Think that just because you’re new to the field, you don’t have much to contribute? Think again - it’s called a wisdom exchange for a reason! As any of our more experienced members will tell you, they have just as much to learn from you as you have to learn from them. Your fresh eyes and ears will bring a new perspective to the conversation that helps all of our members make sure we’re aligned in our understanding, values, and goals in our field. And even if you don’t feel that you have much to contribute to the conversation, we hope you’ll join us anyway to identify where you’d like to learn and grow - and make some great connections along the way.
